As a small, online business based in Wodonga, Australia, we pour a lot of love into every piece. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, but also in transparency about the unique character of upcycled goods. We're committed to ensuring you have all the information you need before making a purchase.

How long will it take to receive my awesome upcycled goodies?

Our handling time is typically 1-2 days. For local delivery or pick-ups in the Albury/Wodonga area, orders are usually ready the next day, depending on your location and specific requirements.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your items and your location. However, we offer a flat $2 local delivery fee for the Albury/Wodonga area. Occasionally, we also provide options for pick-up.

For now, we're keeping Kaleidoscope Revival's biz within Australia. But if you're outside of Australia and keen on purchasing one of our unique pieces, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@kaleidoscoperevival.com.au 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Please remember when purchasing from Kaleidoscope Revival that you're entering into a 'lot of love and appreciation' agreement with a piece that will likely have natural flaws, small marks, or imperfections, as we craft our products from pre-loved goods. While we provide all attention to care in reviving and repairing products, you might notice minor imperfections. We strongly encourage you to look closely at all photos provided and read the item description to determine if the product is right for you. All major imperfections will be clearly photographed and mentioned.

What's your process if I'm not completely stoked with my unique item and want to return or exchange it?

In most cases, due to the unique nature of our upcycled items, we don't accept returns based on the above. However, we aim to spread love, not disappointment, so if you're truly disappointed with what you've purchased, please reach out to us at into@kaleidoscoperevival.com.au and we'll do our best to help!
